Easy, Quick and Tasty Mango Shake Recipe :

Mango Shake is like by almost all and like to drink it many ways and ingredients. Mango shake is tasty and healthy drink and one can make it with healthy and tasty ingredients.

Ingredients -

Mangoes - 2-3 medium sized
Milk - ½ cup
Condensed milk - 2 tsp
Sugar - to taste
Chia seeds or basil seeds (sabja) - 2 tsp
Saffron (kesar) - a few strands
Rose essence - few drops
Pistachio - ¼ cup
Cashew nuts - ¼ cup

Method - 

1. Wash and cut the mangoes into cubes and take out the seed.

2. Put the mango cubes, milk (boiled milk and in normal temperature ), ¼ cup soaked saffron milk (soak few saffron strands in warm milk before ½ an hour) 

3. Put condensed milk 2 tsp, sugar to taste as condensed milk is already sweet in taste and few drops of rose essence in a blender and blend into a smooth and soft paste.

4. To garnish put some chopped dry fruits, before ½ an hour soaked chia seeds or basil seeds, few saffron strands.
