Healthy-Tasty Soya Pops|  Soya Chunks Snacks| Starter |Healthy Food Taste

Soya chunks are the healthy and the plant source of protein. It's a great idea to include soya chunks or nuggets in your diet for protein and other nutrients in many versions like here soya pops.

Ingredients - 

Soya chunks - 100 gm or 1 medium bowl
Oats flour - ½ cup
Rice flour - 3 tsp
Semolina or suji - 2½ tsp
Ginger paste - ¾ tsp
Garlic paste - ¾ tsp
Roasted cumin powder - ½ tsp
Carrom seeds - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - ½ - ¾ tsp
Dry mango powder - ½ tsp
Crushed kasuri methi - ½ tsp
Chaat masala - ¾ tsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Sesame seeds - ¼ cup
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste 

Method -

1. Wash gently and soak the Soya chunks in normal water for 10 minutes.

2. Squeeze out the extra water from soya chunks and remove the extra water.

3. Keep the soya chunks ina big bowl. Add all the spices a given, salt to taste and sesame seeds.

4. Put the oats flour, rice flour and semolina or suji as given to coat all the soya chunks.

5. You could seasoning it with sesame seeds on it as per your choice.

6. Take a pan or a wok. Heat oil on a medium flame. Put the soya chunks one by one to avoid stick to other one.

7. Keep stirring and flip to another side once turns brown in colour.

8. Keep out and garnish with coriander-mint (pudina) chutney or dip; schezwan sauce, tomato sauce; cheese dip or mint cheesy dip.
