Bhelpuri | Healthy-Tasty Snack






Ingredients :

Puffed rice - 2 bowl

Finely chopped vegetables :

Onion - ½ small bowl

Tomato - ¾ small bowl

Cucumber - ½ small bowl

Carrot - ½ small bowl

Zucchini - ½ small bowl

Beetroot - ½ small bowl

Corn - ½ small bowl

Green chilly - 1-2 tsp

Green mango or lemon juice - 2 tsp

Crushed or powdered black pepper - ½ tsp

Chaat masala - 1 tsp

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Mint chutney or dip - 1 -2 tsp

Imli (tamarind) chutney or dip - 1-2 tsp ( you could use soaked tamarind or imli juice with salt. Could use both sweet tamarind (imli) chutney or sour).

Namkeen - sev - 1 small bowl 

Peanut - ½ small bowl

Pomegranate seeds - ½ small bowl

Roasted (in ghee (clarified butter) or oil) lotus seeds - ½ small bowl

Sesame seeds - 2 tsp

Sunflower seeds - ½ tsp

Pumpkin seeds - ½ tsp

Roasted chia seeds - ¼ tsp

Raisins or kishmish - 1 tsp

Roasted cashew nuts - 1- 2 tsp

Coconut flakes or chopped - 1 tsp

Pistachio - 1 tsp

Roasted chopped almonds - 1 tsp



Preparation -

1. Take a big bowl or other vessel. Add all finely chopped vegetables. Mix well.

2. Mix all spices, imli or tamarind chutney or dip and mint chutney or dip. Mix all well.

3. Add all seeds and dry fruits, puffed rice. Mix well.

4. Add 1-2 tsp lemon juice. Garnish with chaat masala, mint chutney or dip, seeds and dry fruits.
