Maggi Noodles Recipe

 

  

Ingredients:

Maggi or noodles - 2 small pkt

Onion- ½ cup

Tomato - ½ cup

Finely chopped green chilli - 1 tsp

Grated ginger- ¾ tsp

Corn - ¼ cup

Peas - ¼ cup

Oil - 2 spoon

Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp

Water - 2-3 cups

Salt - to taste

  

You can add vegetables as you wish as cabbage, capsicum, cauliflower, carrot, mushrooms, paneer (cottage cheese), olives,etc.

 

Preparation :

1. Take a pan, add oil or ghee. Add grated ginger and finely chopped green chilli and cook it well to brown colour and add onion to soft and brown it.

2. Add tomato, corns, peas to cook well, brown colour & soft. Add all spices turmeric powder, salt, maggi masala. Roast all spices 1-2 minute.

3. Add 2 or 3 cup water, cover it to a boil, add maggi or noodles cakes by split it in 2-3 pieces or whole. Mix or sorte it to cook well by covering the lid for 3-4 minutes. If not cook well then cook maggi for 1-2 minutes more by not covering the lid.

Serve this very tasty, tempting, healthy & delicious, easy to make Maggi or noodles anytime or anywhere with sprinkle of oregano,red chilli flakes ,cheese, tomato sauce, chilly sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce, cheese dip,etc., on it!!
